Job summary

Limoncello is seeking a Bartender to join our full-service bar in the United States. You will deliver beverages to spec and ensure an exceptional guest experience while upholding responsible alcohol service and efficient bar operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bartender experience in a full-service setting and holds a state-approved alcohol service certification. You must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs, with full availability including nights,

Qualifications

• State approved alcohol service certification required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages accurately to spec and maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Manage tabs, cash, and payments responsibly.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene appropriately.
• Support service bar tickets and demonstrate knowledge of spirits and cocktails.
• Take care of bar operations and guest experience to meet service standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service policies.
