Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and deliver great food and beverages with exceptional service. You will be an ambassador of FUN, know the menu inside out, and ensure timely service while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, recommending items, showcasing knowledge of drinks, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of bartending experience.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Guest-focused mindset and strong teamwork.
• Able to communicate effectively with management and guests.

• Showcase beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.

• Process payment transactions and greet guests returning.

At Main Event, our Bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve up great food, drinks, and FUN for all Guests! As a Bartender, you have a knack for creating a welcoming environment and are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great food and beverage suggestions. Youre also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
• Showcasing your extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guests needs
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service (You rock at creating a good time!)
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe bar; completing side duties
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 6 months of bartending experience
