Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and deliver great food and drinks while ensuring safety and sanitation. You will welcome guests, recommend menu items, showcase beer, wine and cocktail knowledge, and work with management to provide timely service with a smile.

Must have 6 months of bartending experience, be 21+, and be available to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of bartending experience.
• Guest-focused mindset and customer service orientation.
• Teamwork and collaborative spirit are essential.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, teammates and guests.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Showcase extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate guest needs.
• Create memorable experiences with exceptional service.
• Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
• Process payment transactions and welcome guests back.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar; complete side duties.

At Main Event, our Bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve up great food, drinks, and FUN for all Guests! As a Bartender, you have a knack for creating a welcoming environment and are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great food and beverage suggestions. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
