PruittHealth is seeking an experienced Bartender to lead the daily operations of a luxury bar and dining room. This full-time, hourly role focuses on excellence in service, beverage program curation, and team leadership in a premium environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in upscale dining, in-depth knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and strong leadership and communication skills to deliver world-class hospitality to discerning guests.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to lead the daily operations of our upscale bar and dining room within a luxury, members only establishment. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for mixology, premium spirits, and exceptional member experiences. As Bartender you will ensure operational excellence, profitability, and a culture of creativity and professionalism behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bar and dining room operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury brand standards.
• Lead, train, and inspire bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance to high-end dining standards.
• Curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails, fine wines, and top-shelf spirits.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships for product consistency and cost control.
• Track inventory levels and order supplies.
• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and refined guest service.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.Engage personally with guests to build lasting relationships.
