Job summary

Wings & Rings is hiring a bartender to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will prepare and serve a variety of drinks, take orders, process payments, and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of bartender experience, strong knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and a collaborative attitude to work well with servers and kitchen staff. This on-site role offers frontline guest interaction and beverage preparation at busy service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartender experience in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to stand and move quickly for periods up to 4 hours.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and familiarity with standard drink recipes.
• Strong service orientation and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Takes drink orders from customers and servers.
• Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Mixes ingredients for cocktails and serves wine, beer (bottle/draft).
• Rings orders into the register, processes payments and makes change.
• Washes and sterilizes glassware and garnishes drinks.
• Takes food orders and serves food to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bartender Qualifications :

• Preferably a minimum of 1 year in a bartender position within the restaurant business.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length.
• Must have basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and be familiar with standard drink recipes.
• Must be service and team oriented, having tremendous ability to work with others in a team environment.
