Job summary

Great Escape Parks is seeking a Bartender to join their team in the Town of Queensbury, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks while providing exceptional service to all guests.

You must have strong knowledge of drink recipes, maintain a clean bar area, and ensure compliance with New York State liquor laws. We offer a pay rate of $10.85-$13.00/hr plus tips, along with paid training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of bar procedures and drink recipes requisite.
• Ability to identify signs of intoxication required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient bar service, ensuring guests feel welcome and attended to.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines, including checking IDs and refusing service to intoxicated guests.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down bar areas for events.
• Adhere to all house rules, policies, and safety standards.

• Greet guests with a smile and provide prompt and attentive service.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques.
