Responsibilities include:

• Being a crowd pleaser—smile, welcome, engage, and courteously serve guests while monitoring legal consumption.
• Being a food & beverage expert—knowing your outlet's offerings and staying current on industry trends to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintaining a clean, stocked, and sanitary bar; serving safely; handling cash/credit appropriately; following policies and procedures.
• Following safety and security policies, anticipating problems, and calling management as needed. A current ServSafe and alcohol certification are required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of progressive food & beverage/bartending experience.
• Current alcohol serving certificate preferred.
• Ability to work long hours, exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, with the ability to bend, stretch, and reach.
• Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must work well in a high-energy/high-stress environment and multitask.
