Davidson Hospitality Group seeks an outgoing Bartender for Amara Cay Resort in the Florida Keys. You will craft and serve diverse drinks, ensuring guests receive friendly, attentive service and a memorable experience in a tropical setting.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of bartending experience, knowledge of drink recipes, and strong communication skills. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of bartending experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Display knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Overview
