Job summary

Amara Cay Resort in the Florida Keys is seeking an outgoing Bartender to craft and serve a variety of drinks while delivering exceptional guest service in a tropical, oceanfront setting.

The ideal candidate has a passion for mixology, solid knowledge of drink recipes, and the ability to read guests and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays flexibility required.

Qualifications

• 1 year bartending experience preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bar terminology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Overview

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Bartender to join our team! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of drinks to our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for mixology, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
