• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including maintaining appropriate stock levels and displaying products attractively.
• Take and deliver food orders when necessary and collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
• Continuously monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible service to all patrons.
• Manage bar operations, including handling cash transactions, balancing the register, and keeping accurate records of sales.
