Bartender Position

Position Overview

The Greenside at Lochmere Golf is seeking dedicated bartenbers who bring energy, attentiveness, and a passion for exceptional hospitality. In this role, you will be the face of The Greenside—ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings
• Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar teams
• Deliver orders promptly while monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Present checks and process payments accurately with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness of the bar and dining area
• Assist with light side work such as polishing silverware, rolling napkins, and garnishing bar supplies
• Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and maintain knowledge of specials and dietary options
• Demonstrate dependability and effectively manage multiple tasks during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills with a guest-focused attitude
• Friendly, calm, and composed under pressure with attention to detail
• Ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; Saturday availability required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Food handler and/or alcohol service certification as required by New Hampshire regulations
