Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a capable Bartender at our Tampa venue to deliver friendly, fast beverage service with a focus on draft beer. You will keep the bar organized, manage keg changes, and ensure guests enjoy accurate pours in a safe environment.

Ideal candidates have prior bartending or beer-service experience, strong communication, and multitasking skills, with adherence to age and alcohol-service requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or beer-service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of draft beer and proper beer-service procedures preferred.
• Must meet age and alcohol-service certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Pour and serve draft beer and other beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of current beer selections, styles, sizes, and offerings.
• Operate draft beer taps properly and monitor pours for quality and consistency.
• Verify identification and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and communicate concerns to management when appropriate.
• Set up, stock, organize, and break down the bar before and after service.
• Maintain clean taps, glassware, bar equipment, counters, coolers, and service areas.
• Monitor beer and beverage inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Change or assist with changing kegs safely according to procedures.
• Accurately process guest checks and payments when applicable.
• Communicate with servers, banquet staff, and management to support smooth service.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, cleaning, and side-work duties.

Position Summary
