Whiskey Joe's Tampa is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver a 5-star waterfront service in a fast-paced environment. You will craft cocktails, engage guests, and showcase whiskey knowledge to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong knowledge of whiskey and other spirits; passion for mixology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire).

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of whiskey varieties, including origins, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and managing supplies.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Odyssey's reputation for excellence and hospitality.
• Provide assistance to other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 40 pounds across the restaurant
• Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant during a 6-8 hour shift with appropriate breaks
• Regular ascending/descending stairs
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Frequent use of hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
