SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Spokane International Airport. Our portfolio includes local favorites like Fir & Pine, Riverside Cafe, and Peet's Coffee.

Responsibilities as a bartender include:

• Greeting guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner
• Using recipes and practicing portion control to mix, garnish, and present drinks
• Inputting orders into the register and creating checks for guests
• Handling cash transactions, making change, verifying charges, recording charges, and managing vouchers
• Maintaining proper bar setup at all times
• Managing stock, cutting, and storing fresh fruit, vegetables, juices, and perishables daily to ensure quality
• Adhering to all liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests
• Performing cleaning tasks to meet health standards
• Performing other duties as assigned
