Five Iron Golf is the country's premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, with 16 locations nationwide and more on the way. Our mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, making golf inclusive and accessible for all.

We are seeking Bartenders who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Bartenders greet customers with a smile, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare beverages and food. They report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing above-and-beyond service with a friendly demeanor
• Expertise in spirits, beer, and wine
• Maintaining an appealing and guest-ready bar area
• Determining guests’ beverage preferences and making recommendations
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies to keep the bar stocked
• Creating new ideas for specials, cocktails, and promotions
• Understanding key business functions, including simulator functionalities
• Verifying identification to ensure legal alcohol service
• Taking pride in guests’ enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf

Required qualifications:

• Hospitality experience encouraged but not required
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications
• Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol
