Job summary

Masonic Villages is seeking a Bartender for a part-time role in our senior community. Hours vary Monday through Saturday, 3pm–8pm, with pay starting at $17.25/hour plus a $1/hour shift differential.

This position pays hourly with no tips and supports our Mission of Love by delivering high-quality beverage service to residents and guests. You will handle beverage service, maintain bar inventory, verify age, and ensure compliance with ServSafe and PLCB requirements.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Two years experience as a server.
• Two years experience with POS and credit card readers.
• TIPS certification and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and dining patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.

As a Bartender, you will carry out our Mission of Love by providing the highest degree of bartending services to the residents and their guest.

Our Bartender is responsible for the following:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and dining patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Comply with all ServSafe food, beverage regulations and PLCB requirements.

What You Need as a Bartender:

• A minimum of a high school education or a GED.
• Two years previous experience as a server.
• Two years previous experience with POS and Credit Card readers.
• Must be TIPS certified and 18 years of age.
