Job summary

Join Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania as a Bartender in a vibrant senior community. Part-time hours Monday–Saturday 3pm–8pm with a starting pay of $17.25/hour plus a $1/hour shift differential. No tips; paid hourly rate.

You will mix drinks, interact with residents, restock the bar, check IDs, and ensure ServSafe and PLCB compliance. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two years of server experience, two years with POS and card readers, TIPS certification, and being at least 18

Bartend with purpose in our pleasant, vibrant senior community!

As a Bartender, you will carry out our Mission of Love by providing the highest degree of bartending services to the residents and their guest.

Our Bartender Is Responsible For The Following

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and dining patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Comply with all ServSafe food, beverage regulations and PLCB requirements.

What You Need As a Bartender

• A minimum of a high school education or a GED.
• Two years previous experience as a server.
• Two years previous experience with POS and Credit Card readers.
• Must be TIPS certified and 18 years of age.
