Job summary

Din Tai Fung North America is seeking a bartender in Seattle to create a welcoming and energetic guest experience at the bar and in assigned sections. You will take orders, mix drinks, and ensure guests feel attended to from the moment they sit down.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and high attention to detail. Labor includes preparing alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean bar, and supporting the team with runner/busser duties during busy shifts, contributing to smooth service flow

PAY RATE FOR BARTENDER: $21.30/hour + Estimated $34.50 - $39.00/hr in Tips

As a Bartender, you help create a welcoming and energetic experience for guests at the bar and in your assigned section. In this role, you take food and beverage orders, provide attentive and personalized service, and help ensure every guest feels taken care of from the moment they sit down.

Bartenders are responsible for preparing all alcoholic beverages for guests throughout the restaurant while maintaining a clean, organized bar area. You’ll also support the team by assisting with runner and busser duties when needed, helping service flow smoothly during busy shifts. With a strong focus on hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail, you play an important role in delivering the Din Tai Fung (DTF) guest experience.
