Job summary

Bayonet & Black Horse Golf Course in Seaside, CA is seeking a part-time bartender to join Troon’s hospitality team. You will contribute to a fast-paced property and help deliver friendly service to members and guests while maintaining bar operations.

This role focuses on stocking, serving beverages, handling cash, and complying with liquor laws and SOPs; the position includes eligibility for healthcare, retirement benefits, and other compensation such as service charges and employee meals.

• Accountable for checks and cash transactions.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Bayonet and Black Horse Golf Course, located in Seaside, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
• Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
