A leading club in Florida is seeking individuals who can provide exceptional service to members and guests in a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves setting up event stations, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service and effective communication during shifts.
POSITION SUMMARY: Ensures that all Club members and guests receive proper, attentive, courteous and expedient service in a clean and pleasant atmosphere.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Provide superior service to Club's members / guests
• Set up stations, sections and event setups and perform side work duties
• Greet guests and members immediately
• Provide menus, specials, and point of sale information both written and verbal as required
• Take orders and instructions for kitchen as required
• Serve drinks and pour wine for members and guests
• Transfer food in a manner that retains its integrity
• Participate in the sanitation and upkeep of the club
• Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions
• Arrive at scheduled shift on time and in proper uniform
• Observe and satisfy the needs of members and guests
• Perform accounting and cashier responsibilities when required
• Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments
• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the club as defined in the employee handbook
• Always wear appropriate uniform prescribed by company policy
