We are seeking a customer-focused Bartender to join our team! Your responsibilities will include preparing custom craft alcoholic drinks and food for customers while creating a friendly and hospitable atmosphere. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, passionate about food, beer, wine, cocktails, and customer service. Organized, calm, and friendly, you will go above and beyond to ensure customers have exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet all customers with a friendly smile and provide efficient, personal service.
2. Take food and drink orders; understand the menu to describe and execute menu items effectively.
3. Demonstrate knowledge of beverage preparation, including specialty drinks, beer, and wine.
4. Enter orders accurately and efficiently into the POS system.
5. Clear and reset counters and tables after each guest visit.
6. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
2. ServSafe or Food Handler’s Certification, or willingness to obtain.
3. TABC Certification.
4. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to stand for long periods.
6. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues.
7. Excellent conflict resolution skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
