Qualifications

In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily bar operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your expertise in mixology, food safety, and hospitality will drive the success of our bar team, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and engaged.

Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following:)

• Lead the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times


• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to quality standards


• Enforce food safety and food handling protocols to maintain compliance with health regulations in a busy nightlife or banquet setting

Qualifications

• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Proven bartending experience in a high volume or fine dining restaurant or dining facility.


• Previous hospitality experience preferred


• Must have a working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and common drink recipes.


• Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry, transactions and sales tracking


• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours


• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures


• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor


• TABC Certification Required
