Super Taco is seeking a friendly Bartender for a part-time role in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You’ll craft a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, deliver warm guest service, and help drive sales through suggestive upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
  • Warmly greet and thank every guest upon arrival and departure
  • Deliver memorable experiences and friendly service from start to finish
  • Professionally address guest concerns or complaints, seeking management support when necessary
  • Promote daily specials, premium liquors, and restaurant add-ons to boost sales
  • Assist in food and drink delivery, catering, and events as needed
  • Help clean and reset tables to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Bar Operations
  • Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including horchata, jamaica, tamarindo, and pina) to Super Taco standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area with proper storage of liquor, glassware, and bar tools
  • Ensure bar and dining areas remain uncluttered and attractive
  • Monitor restroom cleanliness throughout your shift
• Restaurant Operations
  • Follow all food handling, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Assist in training new front-of-house staff as needed
  • Complete opening, shift change, and closing tasks as scheduled
  • Support administrative duties, including answering phones, recording messages, and processing transactions
  • Pack and check takeout orders for accuracy
  • Adhere to all management policies and Employee Handbook guidelines
  • Pass knowledge tests on menu, beverages, and hospitality standards
• Team Leadership
  • Model a positive attitude and open communication with all team members and management
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to team success
  • Strive for advancement, including opportunities to grow into shift leader roles

Requirements

• Valid food handlers card and current RBS certification (required)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant, sports bar, or hospitality environment preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Organized, able to multitask, and work well under pressure
• Basic computer and phone proficiency
• Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Able to stand and walk for 100% of the shift
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in fluctuating temperatures and non-claustrophobic environments
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proper uniform required (Shoes, Nametag, ST Shirt, Pants, Hair up, Nails short/low, Apron, etc.)
• Internal motivation and openness to learning and growth

Part-time position; must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
