Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up the bar with appropriate liquor, juices, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar, glasses, and cutlery.
• Verify guests' legal drinking age.
• Prepare drinks according to standards and guest preferences.
• Present bills and process payments.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor for overconsumption and take necessary actions.
• Secure all beverage, food, and equipment, and handle cash deposits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of bartending experience.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
