Job summary

Star Cinema Grill in Texas is seeking a Bartender to deliver memorable hospitality and craft high-quality cocktails in a fast-paced, movie-themed environment.

You will interact with guests, maintain a clean bar, and collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining and entertainment experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality or casual dining.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Customer service focused with a solution-oriented approach.
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide full bar service including wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Assess guest preferences and make recommendations.
• Create a positive guest experience and maintain a clean bar area.
• Check guest IDs and ensure ID accuracy.
• Follow state regulations for food and beverage service.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and give correct change.
• Maintain daily bar prep and cleanliness.

Job Summary

As a Bartender at Star Cinema Grill, you’ll create memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality and crafting high-quality cocktails and beverages. Bartenders engage with guests, maintain a clean and organized bar, and work alongside the service team to deliver a seamless dining and entertainment experience.

Key Bartender Responsibilities

• Full bar service, including wine, beer and craft cocktails


• Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations


• Nurture a positive guest experience


• Check guest identification


• Adhere to state regulation for Food and Beverage service


• Handling cash and credit transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guests.


• Maintain a clean work space


• Maintain daily prep lists

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant


• Able to multi-task


• Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs


• Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
