Job summary

State Fare Kitchen & Bar is seeking a bartender to service guests with classic and Texas-inspired cocktails in a fast-paced hospitality group based in Houston. You will verify ages, pair drinks, manage payments, and maintain inventory while delivering exceptional hospitality.

The role requires at least 1 year of fine dining or casual dining experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours in a lively environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Customer service focus with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work a changing schedule as restaurant needs.
• Food handler's card may be required per local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full bar service including wine, beer, and craft cocktails.

Job Summary

Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies.

Responsibilities
