We are looking for an engaged bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience by preparing existing and innovative alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for our guests and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests
• Take beverage orders from restaurant servers or directly from guests
• Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered, in compliance with company standards
• Ensure the bar area is fully equipped with necessary tools and products
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish supplies
• Serve snacks or food items at the bar where appropriate
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions
• Maintain a clean working area
• Provide guidance to guests on resort activities, dining options, and regional information
• Perform other duties as assigned

Bartender Qualifications

• Minimum one year of prior bartending experience required
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Positive interpersonal skills required
• Ability and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
