Job summary

Flatstick Pub in Redmond is hiring a Beertender to support day-to-day operations, greet guests, and provide approachable beer knowledge.

The role involves stocking, bussing, and assisting with mini golf tee times, with a friendly, team-focused attitude and willingness to engage customers at events. This in-person position offers a dynamic, local beer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced guest service environments.
• Ability to discuss beer styles and cider with guests.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver friendly, consistent service.
• Restock bar, stock inventory, and manage ice as needed.
• Assist with mini golf operations and tee times.
• Replace beer kegs and maintain bar area cleanliness.
• Support daily tasks and side-work as assigned.

$17.13/hour plus tips

is looking to hire a Beertender to help with its day-to-day operations and perform the duties listed below:

Specific Duties & Responsibilities as Beertender

• Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and positive attitude
• Greet guests as they arrive
• Provide consistent positive and approachable customer service
• Comfortable speaking about different styles of beer and cider
• Restock bar and golf items
• Bus and clean tables
• Stock inventory and ice when needed
• Help run tee times for mini golf
• Replace empty beer kegs in the beer cooler
• Stock glasses behind the bars
• Check and clean bathrooms throughout the day
• Responsible for daily tasks and side work
• Employees are occasionally asked to climb, balance, kneel, or crouch
• Employees are occasionally asked to help lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds
• Other duties as assigned.

About Flatstick:

There are only two rules at Flatstick Pub: drink local and have fun. We're mixing up the scene by combining local beers with an indoor 9-hole mini golf course and other fun games. Our 30+ rotating taps feature local beers, ciders, and wines.

Work Environment:

This in-person position is located at the Redmond location (7530 164th Ave NE Suite A108, Redmond, WA 98052). Hours per week vary based upon the following: tenure, events, time of year, manager discretion.
