Job summary

Cattlemens Restaurant is seeking a Bartender to craft great drinks and deliver western hospitality in a busy, full-service setting in California. You’ll join a team with over 55 years of tradition and help create memorable guest experiences while maintaining high standards, professionalism, and speed at the bar.

This role rewards attention to detail and a friendly, guest-focused approach. Ideal candidates have prior bartending experience, strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails,

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Certifications & Compliance

• Must possess a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification prior to serving alcohol.
