Job summary

The Brass Tap in Raleigh, NC is seeking friendly bartenders to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, pour beer, mix cocktails, and serve chef-inspired food in a fast-paced setting.

We value beer knowledge, teamwork and positive attitudes. Must be 21+ and available on weekends and holidays; training provided; apply directly at the franchise location.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Able to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap.
• Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders.
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe items.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipe procedures.
• Present guest check and take payment.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
