Job summary

The Brass Tap in Anaheim is seeking team members to join our craft beer-focused team. You will greet guests, describe beers and menu items, and prepare beverages to our recipes. You’ll handle orders, payments, and maintain a clean, efficient bar and service area.

We value flexibility with part-time or full-time schedules, a fun team culture, and opportunities for advancement. Must be able to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap
• Follow The Brass Tap steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe menu items
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipe procedures
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
