Beef 'O' Brady's in Punta Gorda is seeking a friendly bartender who loves delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, mix cocktails, and serve food and beverages with a smile, following Beef's steps of service.

This role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours, weekend and holiday shifts, and training to help you grow with the team. Compensation starts at $10.98 per hour, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's.
• Take orders and prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes.
• Present guest check and take payment.
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and comply with food safety procedures.

Bartender Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Bartender Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
