Job Responsibilities:

• Verify all guests are of legal age to consume alcohol
• Provide a positive and friendly guest experience
• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages with attention to detail and presentation
• Keep a clean and sanitized bar area
• Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, safety procedures, and maintain proper dating, labeling, and rotation of beverage items
• Assess guest preferences and make drink recommendations

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
• Current Food Handlers and TABC certifications
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Friendly, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Physical ability to bend, reach, twist, and use hands and arms continuously
