Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is hiring at our Pensacola bar. You will greet patrons, mix drinks to spec, and suggest pairings with rib platters while upholding safety and friendly service. This is an on-site role requiring quick thinking and a patient, outgoing personality.

The position emphasizes responsible pouring, timely service, and maintaining a clean, stocked bar. Experience is preferred and your age must meet state requirements to serve alcohol.

Who You Are

You're personable, composed on a slammed Saturday, and proud of a well-made drink. Bartending experience preferred. Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.
