Jim 'N Nick's Community BBQ is hiring for a bartending role in Alabama. You will serve guests with genuine hospitality, mix drinks to spec, suggest pairings for barbecue plates, and handle orders accurately while maintaining a clean, stocked bar.
You must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol and enjoy flexible scheduling. Experience in bartending is preferred, and the team emphasizes advancement opportunities and a supportive work environment.
Serve guests at the bar with genuine hospitality, mix drinks to spec and suggest the right pairing for a plate of ribs, ring and collect accurately, keep your bar clean and stocked, and check IDs and pour responsibly every single time. Your bar is a destination, not a waiting area. Run it that way.
You're personable, composed on a slammed Saturday, and proud of a well-made drink. Bartending experience preferred. Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

This is an on-your-feet job. This role regularly involves standing and walking for extended periods, bending and reaching, and moving or carrying trays and other items weighing up to 30 lbs.
