Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community BBQ in Franklin, TN is seeking bartenders to serve guests with hospitality, mix drinks to spec, and suggest ideal pairings for our ribs. You’ll run a clean, stocked bar and ensure responsible service on every shift.

What You'll Do

Serve guests at the bar with genuine hospitality, mix drinks to spec and suggest the right pairing for a plate of ribs, ring and collect accurately, keep your bar clean and stocked, and check IDs and pour responsibly every single time. Your bar is a destination, not a waiting area. Run it that way.

Who You Are

You're personable, composed on a slammed Saturday, and proud of a well-made drink. Bartending experience preferred. Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.
