At our water park, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver a memorable and positive experience for our guests. What you get to do

This role will create and distribute delicious and refreshing drinks and food. Combine your skills as a mixologist with your natural flair for satisfying service to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience. You will:

1. Produce and serve bar drinks following recipe and presentation standards
2. Check IDs to ensure appropriate drinking age
3. Upsell premium products when appropriate
4. Get to know guest preferences
5. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, following all company and state guidelines
6. Operate cash register
7. Keep areas clean and sanitary
8. Earn guaranteed rate if not met with tips

What it takes to succeed

1. At least 18 years of age
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Understanding of state and local beverage safety requirements
4. Previous bartender experience required - two years of experience preferred
5. Expertise with popular recipes such as margaritas, cosmopolitans, mojitos, etc.
6. Theme park experience serving international guests highly desirable
7. Background in a high-volume nightclub, bar, or restaurant a plus
8. Outstanding communication, customer service and cash handling skills
9. Food & Beverage Safety certifications
10. Must have basic knowledge of beer, liquor and wine
11. Basic food and non-alcoholic beverage knowledge
