What you get to do

This role involves creating and serving delicious drinks and food, combining mixology skills with excellent service to deliver a unique guest experience. Responsibilities include:

• Producing and serving bar drinks following recipes and presentation standards
• Checking IDs to ensure legal drinking age
• Upselling premium products when appropriate
• Getting to know guest preferences
• Monitoring guest alcohol consumption according to company and state guidelines
• Answering guest questions
• Operating cash register
• Keeping areas clean and sanitary
• Guaranteed rate if tips do not meet expectations

What it takes to succeed

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of beverage safety requirements
• Previous bartender experience (2+ years preferred)
• Expertise with popular cocktails like margaritas, cosmopolitans, mojitos
• Experience serving international guests in theme parks preferred
• Background in high-volume bars or restaurants beneficial
• Strong communication, customer service, and cash handling skills
• Food & Beverage Safety certifications
• Basic knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine
• Basic food and non-alcoholic beverage knowledge
