Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa invites a bartender to join Sandy’s Pub, delivering distinctive beverage experiences. You will interact closely with guests, share insights on menus and resort amenities, and help create memorable dining moments in a busy, guest-focused environment.

The role requires prior customer service experience and knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and food service, with certifications in alcohol service and food handling often required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in customer service preferred in a similar setting.
• Knowledge of Spirits, Wine, Beer and Food service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Share knowledge of menus and resort amenities to guests.
• Create a fun, inviting atmosphere and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Receive orders, ensure accuracy before delivery.

As a bartender at Sandy's Pub at Everline Resort & Spa, you'll use your passion for guest service to ensure a seamless dining experience. As a bartender, you have the closest interactions with our restaurant patrons and have the greatest impact on their impression of the restaurant. Working alongside the rest of the Sandy's Pub team, you'll create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Embrace service with a story through creating and serving both distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Share your personal passions and knowledge of the food, services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home.
• Orchestrate an extraordinary guest experience by providing a fun and positive environment.
• Be an advocate of our menu offering, receive food orders, and ensure accuracy before guest delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience. Two years’ previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting with a working knowledge of Spirits, Wine, Beer and Food service.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are required.
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness.
• Flexible. Must be able to work varied shifts, including Weekday Evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Friendly. Must be able to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest exchange.
• Energetic. Must be able to work within an empowered and fast paced environment that services the bar and servers within the restaurant.
• Knowledge. County Specific Food Handlers Certification, State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification required.

• Typical equipment used include but are not limited to bartending equipment and household cleaning supplies.
