Compensation and Benefits

Applebee’s® Bartenders start at minimum wage up to $16.28/hour, with tips and Daily Pay options (Daily Pay not available in California). Additional benefits include healthcare, meal discounts, flexible schedule, paid sick leave, and a clear career path.

Physical Standards

Ability to remain stationary and exhibit well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds, transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from dining room, service bar and kitchen about thirty times per shift, speak clearly and listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift, use disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective face coverings/masks, and wash hands regularly with disinfecting soap.
