As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages so that you and the servers can deliver the best drink possible. You will be friendly to both staff and customers, make drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience.

You must be at least 18 years old (per state law), be able to effectively communicate with others, and be committed to making an impact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non‑alcoholic drinks.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, using protective hand coverings and face coverings as required.

• Follow all safety procedures, including the use of disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequent hand washing.

• Assist servers and kitchen staff by transporting plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18, comply with state alcohol service laws.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to remain stationary and exhibit well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours.

• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
