As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will craft outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in a friendly, fast‑paced environment. Your responsibilities include making drinks according to established standards, creating a great bar experience, and supporting servers to deliver the best beverage service.

Physical Standards

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four hours.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Clear speech and attentive listening to employees and dining room staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout the shift.
• Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
