Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting and Games in Oklahoma City is seeking an energetic Associate to anticipate guest needs, assist across departments and help maintain high standards of guest service in a fast-paced, entertainment setting.

You will be responsible for greeting guests, handling requests, and supporting opening, running, and closing tasks while adhering to safety procedures and teamwork. Prior guest service experience is preferred; availability on days, nights, and weekends is often required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year prior guest service experience required in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail; guest-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Must be able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.

All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas and in many capacities, listening to requests in a friendly manner, while following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality to ensure Guest satisfaction.

• ANTICIPATES AND RESPONDS TO GUESTS IN A FRIENDLY AND POSITIVE MANNER WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY.

• ATTENDS ALL REQUIRED DEPARTMENT AND COMPANY MEETINGS AND TRAINING SESSIONS.
• KNOWLEDGEABLE OF FACILITY EMERGENCY PROCEDURES.
• PERFORMS OPENING, RUNNING, AND CLOSING DEPARTMENT DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

1+ year prior guest service experience required preferably in a hospitality, restaurant or entertainment setting. Excellent verbal communication skills needed. Attention to detail, Guest focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced and amplified (loud) environment. Work days, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required. Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed.
