We are seeking a bartender with a passion for mixology, knowledge of cocktails, wine and local beers, and strong guest-focused service. This hourly role offers $16.05 per hour plus tips and opportunities to work in a dynamic team.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced bars, excellent communication, and the ability to handle busy periods while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and professionally.
• Engage with guests, offer drink recommendations and ensure a great bar experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines and customize drinks per guest preferences.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked during shifts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management to ensure bar is fully stocked.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our team. This is an hourly position offering a competitive wage of $16.05 per hour + tips. The ideal candidate will have solid bartending experience, a passion for mixology, and a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, local beers, and wines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bartending:?Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards.
• Customer Service:?Engage with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure that each guest enjoys an exceptional experience at the bar.
• Cocktail Knowledge:?Demonstrate a strong understanding of classic cocktail recipes and be able to create and customize drinks based on guest preferences.
• Knowledge of Beer & Wine:?Provide guests with recommendations on local beers and wines, ensuring they have a variety of options based on their tastes.
• Bar Maintenance:?Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift. Ensure that all glassware, tools, and supplies are in working order.
• Inventory Management:?Monitor stock levels and communicate with management to ensure that the bar is adequately stocked for daily operations.
• Cash Handling:?Accurately process customer payments and manage the till during your shift.
• Team Collaboration:?Work closely with other team members to ensure the bar runs smoothly and that guest needs are met quickly and effectively.
• Health & Safety Compliance:?Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation protocols.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:?Proven bartending experience with solid knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and local beers. Experience in a fast-paced bar environment is preferred.
• Customer Service:Strong communication skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and engage guests in a positive and friendly manner.
• Attention to Detail:?Ability to accurately follow drink recipes and ensure consistent quality in every drink served.
• Organization:?Must be organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once, especially during busy hours.
• Physical Stamina:?Ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes, and handle the physical demands of working behind the bar.
• Teamwork:?Strong ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
