Join Our Team at Barbuto's New Concept!

The team at Barbuto is opening a new, intimate, wine-centric restaurant located two doors down from our flagship in the West Village. This new spot will feature an elevated seasonal menu, extensive wine list, and classic cocktails. The restaurant will operate Tuesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Barbuto, established in 2004 by Chef Jonathan Waxman, is renowned for its California-inspired Italian dishes and welcoming atmosphere, making it a staple in the New York restaurant scene. We are looking for passionate team members to join this exciting new venture.

Responsibilities include:

• Possessing a solid foundation of knowledge and training in both wine and cocktails (minimum 2 years experience).
• Being highly organized, clean, and tidy.
• Being personable, friendly, attentive, and hospitality-focused. We have many long-standing regulars eager to meet you!
• Knowledge of toast is a plus but not required.
• Maintaining punctuality and responsibility for scheduled shifts.
• Demonstrating honesty, transparency, and teamwork, as this is a pooled restaurant.
• Holding a Food Handlers card is preferred but not immediately required.
