The team at Barbuto is opening a new, intimate, wine-centric restaurant located two doors down from our flagship in the West Village. This new spot will feature an elevated seasonal menu, extensive wine list, and classic cocktails. The restaurant will operate Tuesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Barbuto, established in 2004 by Chef Jonathan Waxman, is renowned for its California-inspired Italian dishes and welcoming atmosphere, making it a staple in the New York restaurant scene. We are looking for passionate team members to join this exciting new venture.
