Massara is a new restaurant from the Rezdôra team, dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Campania region in Italy. The restaurant was founded by CIA graduate Chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer, located in the Flatiron district of New York City.

We are currently looking for a passionate lunch bartender who loves Italian food, wine, cocktails, and culture to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a bartender in New York City
• Passionate interest in classic cocktails
• Desire to create new & innovative cocktails, with a focus on Italian ingredients
• Willingness to learn about traditional & authentic Italian food, wine, beer, and spirits
• Excellent knowledge of bar dining operations, including steps of service
• Self-starter with the ability to follow through on tasks
• Knowledge of Service Procedures, Wine Service, Coffee, Food & Beverage Pairing, Glassware, Inventory management, and POS Systems

Our ideal candidate is a cocktail enthusiast with a passion for hospitality and the craft of serving drinks.

• Understanding of showmanship fundamentals
