Torshi is a new, limited-seat concept in a boutique hotel spotlighting Middle Eastern–inspired flavors through an elevated street food lens. We’re seeking professional, hospitality-driven bartenders to join our opening team.

What We’re Looking For:

– Minimum 2 years of NYC bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. TIPS certified.

– Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and interest in Middle Eastern flavor profiles

– Ability to maintain a clean, organized bar with consistent output

– Confidence in guest engagement and delivering a high-touch experience in a small, open space

– Team player mindset and flexibility to support light food service as needed

– Punctual, reliable, and excellent communication skills

Bonus If You Have:

– Familiarity with ingredients like tamarind, sumac, pomegranate molasses, or saffron

– Previous work in chef-driven concepts, or small-format restaurants
