Responsibilities:

Bartenders are responsible for consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maximizing tasting bar and beverage sales by educating guests on offerings, assessing and anticipating guest needs, and making recommendations.

Requirements:

• Prior bartending experience in a Hilton hotel or similar environment is ideal, but we are willing to train passionate food service professionals looking to grow in hospitality.
• 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday 4:30-11 PM.
• Knowledge of various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine.
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices.
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills; able to read, write, and speak fluently.
