Job Description

Serve guests and ensure their complete satisfaction in the Rib Room and pool bar area.

Responsibilities

• Have full knowledge of all menus and beverage menus.
• Understand responsible alcohol service.
• Properly set up and break down the service area and station.
• Provide friendly, polite, and high-quality guest interactions.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Multi-task efficiently, managing multiple guests and duties.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Manage walk-up and seated guests appropriately.
• Prepare beverages for Oceanside servers from printed tickets.
• Clean floors and bar area nightly.
• Prepare beverages quickly following standards.
• Adhere to service standards and best practices consistently.
• Show excellent teamwork with other associates.
• Complete bar and lobby setup and breakdown side-work.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to work in tight quarters with others.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds routinely and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, reach, and lean during daily tasks.
