The environment requires strong multitasking abilities, as Bartenders must coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, address customer needs, and ensure quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor. To ensure drink quality and accuracy, you will maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, bar tools at your assigned work area.**What You’ll Bring:*** High School Diploma or equivalent is required.* ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.* TABC Certification where applicable* Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.* Requires alignment with our Core Values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork.**Minimum Qualifications*** At least two (2) years of previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting are required.**Physical Demands and Work Environment**The physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
